Custom Nail Art Process
The entire customization process for our Jewel Garden Collection takes approximately 45 days.
(All timelines are calculated from confirmed order date)
1. Design Draft & Prototyping
Our designers will create sketches with annotated design elements based on your descriptions (text, images, references), and a physical prototype sample press-on nail.

2. Approval & Revisions
The draft and prototype photos will be emailed for your review. You may request one round of modifications by replying within 7 days of receiving this email.
- 0~7 days after email delivery -
3. Final Production
Upon your confirmation, we will handcraft your custom press-on nails using premium materials.
- 25 days -
4. Delivery & Tracking
Final product photos and shipping details (including tracking ID and estimated delivery date*) will be emailed prior to dispatch.
